My fitness journey kicked off with a bang in my teenage years, thriving in sports like wrestling, baseball, football, and golf. However, it was a life-changing injury that fueled my passion for fitness. Going through physical therapy, I witnessed the incredible power of fitness in not only rebuilding bodies but also transforming lives. This moment became the foundation of my journey.

Never one to settle, I dedicated myself to earning a degree in Health Science at Florida Gulf Coast University. Armed with knowledge, determination, and an insatiable thirst for excellence, I set out to be a catalyst for change. Being a personal trainer and physical therapy technician wasn't just a job; they were stepping stones toward my vision of empowerment.
